My wife and I flew to North Carolina, drove down to South Carolina, and stayed in Greenville to photograph my cousin Theresa’s wedding! I had never been to either of the Carolinas, and Greenville was amazing! We did a lot of photography in Falls Park which was beautiful, and the hotel the reception was at was great. The wedding went off with out any problems at all, it was one of smoothest weddings I had ever been at. It was a lot of fun to photography a wedding for my family, everybody was comfortable around the camera, and I got a lot of fun shots of guests at the reception. Everyone loved the pictures.

I worked with Jenna at Flood doing Jr. High youth ministry. I was so excited to photograph her wedding and jumped at the chance. It was in downtown La Jolla at the La Jolla Women’s Club. It was beautiful.

We were in North County San Diego for this wedding. It was a little pice of land someone had turned into a beautiful wedding venue. I had never been there before, but you can see from the pictures that it was a little tike hawaii!

This wedding was at a relatives ranch in east San Diego. The weather started with thick thunder clouds, but right as the wedding was about to start, the clouds parted and the sun came through. Of course I didn’t expect that to happen so I didn’t have sunscreen on and burned like crazy!

I love shooting weddings that that allow me to spend the entire day in Balboa Park! The ceremony site there is classic and elegant…making for beautiful black and white photos. Plus, it’s so much fun walking around the park, finding those interesting bits of architecture to incorporate.

This was in old town Sacramento at the Fire House restaurant. It was a great location full of rich tones and rustic textures. We were shooting with soft, morning light, which made it possible for us to get some cool images in locations that would be too bright during the afternoon hours. Plus, downtown Sacramento on a Saturday morning is pretty dead, so that made it easier to get great wide shots without bystanders popping in. We had a lot of fun taking advantage of our location!

They were great! The wedding was in a great locations with great food and perfect service. It was beautiful. It was hot, so we waited till the end of the day for pictures, and it turned out to be a great decision.

This wedding was at the Darlington House in downtown La Jolla. This location is great for weddings and especially for photography! It was a perfect night for a wedding there and we ended up with some great images for Julie and Will.

I Love San Francisco and was soooo excited to be doing a wedding in the area. The ceremony was in Sausalito, and the reception was in Mill Valley. Benita and Joe wanted to get some iconic images with San Francisco as a backdrop, so we rented a van, and spent a couple hours before the ceremony visiting a few locations and capturing some amazing images. Benita and Joe were awesome and never ran out of energy!

I love the Thursday Club in Point Loma! Every wedding there is beautiful, you cant go wrong. Laura and Mike loved bright colors and candid shots and they were very happy with the results of their wedding photography. One of my current clients was in Laura’s wedding and when she saw Laura’s wedding images, she said she was moved to tears!

Awesome wedding! Melissa and I knew eachother from church in San Diego and we both had the same vision for her wedding. Melissa is a graphic designer so it was great to get such detailed input on what she wanted. The whole day went off without a hitch, and we got a ton of family images too.

We started in Lincoln at a church surrounded by open fields and a great little wooden fence. The flowers were beautiful and so colorful thanks to http://www.bloomsbymarthaandrews.com! For the reception we went to an Italian restaurant in west Roseville. Everything was perfect and intimate. I loved all the colors and theme of the wedding.

Dan is the youth pastor at the church I attend in Granite Bay. I was so excited when they asked me to do their wedding, it was defiantly a fun crowd! One of my best friends sister referred Laura and Jeremy to me, and Iâ€™m so glad she did! They were one of the most passionate couples Iâ€™ve seen together. They also had a great since of humor that made me laugh thought the whole day. I think my face hurt more than my feet at the end of the day, thatâ€™s a first!

Kaja and Matt were open to a more artistically extreme style of photography and editing. I had a lot of fun creating different looks for them, and their wedding will be featured in the San Diego Union Tribune! All of Kajaâ€™s bridesmaids were a blast too! We had a lot of fun. Thanks to my assistant Daniel too.
