I did a photo shoot with the chef at Granito’s, a great restaurant in Granite Bay. It’s well-known locally as the place to go for garlic-lovers. I can’t wait to go back and try it out. I love photographing in my community and scouting out local treasures!

The owner and chef of this restaurant have been in business for a while. They decided to take an already successful restaurant and completely change the theme and menu. they are going with a “green” theme and menu, which sounds like a smart move to me. The cool thing is they put a full grown tree (I think it was an olive tree) inside the restaurant as a center piece. Thats the tree you see behind the chef in the image.

This restaurant was awesome. They have the most elaborate cappuccino machine I have ever seen. I need to go for dinner.

This was a great BBQ place! I cant wait to go back with a ton of friends, the meat just falls off the bones!

This was a lot of fun! It was like a party at this shoot; everyone had great food and drink and practically the entire restaurant got evolved in the session. Plus, it was their busiest time of day. The owner was great; the employees had fun and worked hard. I definitely recommend going to Vallejo’s if you are in downtown Sac!

We went out to Natomas and photographed a setup for Xcaret, a Mexican food restaurant. I usually will have a snack before going and doing a shoot like this, but it didnâ€™t work, I was defiantly hungry when I was all done.

This was a really cool restaurant over by Granite Bay and it had the freshest seafood displayed in their case! I cant wait to go back when Iâ€™m not on the job.

Rubino’s restaurant is a great Italian place in Rocklin. They were a great client to photograph and even gave me a plate to take home for lunch!
